Role / Description |

•
Handling sales of
pianos, books and other instruments, if any
•
Manage a proper documentation and filing system
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and
professionally
• Preparing Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Job
Orders, letters and carry out administrative tasks
• To handle general clerical support such as delivering of
messages, fax, mail, email & courier arrangement
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Updating and maintaining of customers' database |
