WAGNER
PIANO SDN BHD warrants on all its new products shall be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for such period of time as is
identified below. This warranty covers parts only and is "not transferable" to the next
purchaser.
i) Piano
PETROF
WEINBACH
BÖSENDORFER
- five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase from an
authorized dealer
WAGNER
(selected models)
HAILUN -
ten (10) years from the date of original retail purchase from an
authorized dealer
ii) Player Piano
QRS MUSIC -
two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase
from an authorized dealer
iii) Wind & Strings Instruments
SANDNER - one (1) year from the date of
original retail purchase from an authorized dealer
iv) Music Accessories - one (1) month from the date of
original retail purchase from an authorized dealer
MUSIC STANDS,
STRING ACCESSORIES, METRONOMES, TUNERS, PIANO BENCHES
and HYGROMETERS
Owner’s Responsibilities
In order for WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD to provide proper warranty
service, it is necessary that the purchaser assume certain
responsibilities:-
| 1) |
We ask
you to fill out the “PRODUCT
REGISTRATION” form and sent it to us within 90 days after the
purchase of the product. |
| 2) |
Notify
WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD or your authorized dealer of any alleged
defect immediately upon their discovery with a detailed explanation
of the problem. |
| 3)
|
Allow
WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD or an authorized dealer to inspect and
provide warranty service which shall be completed within a
reasonable time. |
| 4)
|
The
warranty does not extend to product physically located outside
Malaysia. For Singapore, refer to Wagner Petrof Piano Pte. Ltd.
or/and Music Lodge. |
Conditions of Warranty
| 1)
|
If
during the respective warranty periods from the date of the original
purchase, your product is found to have a defect in materials or
workmanship, WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD and/or its authorized
dealer will repair such defect without charge within a reasonable
time after notice of defect. |
| 2)
|
If
WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD determines that the defect cannot be
repaired, or if during the warranty period WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD
is unable to repair a defect after a reasonable number of attempts
WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD will replace the defective product with an
identical product or which is reasonably equivalent. |
| 3) |
WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD is not liable for incidental or
consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly
from the sale, handling or use of its piano or any other related
cause. Under this warranty, WAGNER PIANO SDN BHD accepts
liability that is limited only to the repair or replacement of the
product. |
| 4) |
A copy
of invoice or receipt showing the original purchase must be
presented for all warranty claims. |
This warranty does not
apply to failure caused by the followings:-
| 1. |
Failure
to provide reasonable, necessary and proper maintenance and/or the
repair outlined under
Piano Care. |
| 2. |
Damage
caused by exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, which can
result in cracks, sticky, checks or discoloration in the finish.
|
| 3. |
Abnormal strain, neglect, abuse, modification or accidental damage. |
| 4. |
Normal
maintenance works such as tuning, regulation and the results of
normal wear. |
| 5. |
Performed by improperly trained or unauthorized dealer/technician. |
| 6. |
The
serial number has been altered or removed or the piano itself has
been altered in any way from the factory standards. |
| 7. |
Product
purchased from any source other than an authorized dealer. |
